The Law Office of Nancy J. Monson is a small, focused law practice in Idaho
Falls, Idaho. Legal counseling and representation is offered in four basic areas:

Although my office is located in Idaho Falls, I do travel to other cities and counties for cases.

My primary goal as an attorney is to provide attentive personalized service to every client.
It is my philosophy that you hire a lawyer to represent you and not an office staff. For that reason, you
will never have to deal with receptionists, secretaries, paralegals and other office staff members multiple times before you
can speak with me.
I also do not delegate the majority of my work to secretaries and paralegals. Although
I do utilize assistants when necessary, I generally attend to all of my cases personally. I believe this type of
service provides my clients with higher quality legal representation.
